Because our seafood products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can make it right.
We’ll quickly review your claim and, when applicable, replace the damaged items or issue a store credit for the affected portion of your order.
